How We Delete Your Personal Data

Your personal data would be deleted once we have received and confirmed your verifiable deletion request. This proposition does not apply if your data was collected from Autostore’s employees during your employment with Autostore.pk or personal data collected as a part of a B2B transaction. Only you or your legal team (on your behalf) may make a verifiable deletion request related to your data. We may ask for specific information to help verify your identity and appeal. 

How Do We Protect Your Information 

Protecting your personal data is our key priority. We have a series of standard organizational, technological, and physical safeguards to secure your data—protecting it against loss, misuse, and alteration. However, we cannot ensure absolute security of your data as the internet is never completely secure. Therefore, in case of loss, misuse, or alteration of the data you share with us, autostore.pk will not be responsible. The information you transmit to us will therefore be at your own risk. 

Changes to This Policy

Autostore.pk reserves the right to amend/change/modify this privacy policy from time to time, per our need. If we do, we will revise the date at the top of the Policy. If the amendments/changes/modifications, in our sole discretion, are material, we may also notify you via your contact details with us or by otherwise notifying you through our platform. We encourage you to regularly review the Privacy Policy to keep yourself apprised of the up-to-date Policy. By continuing to use our platform and services after Privacy Policy changes, you agree to accept the revised Policy unconditionally. 

Statement of Rights

You may not copy or reproduce any of the content on this platform, including pictures, blog posts, product descriptions, and other files downloadable from this website, without the permission of Autostore.pk. In case of content theft, severe legal action would be taken against the offender.
