Gyeon Q² Pure EVO Light is a user-friendly quartz coating that simultaneously protects and enhances the appearance of automotive paint. Developed in South Korea, Gyeon Q² Pure EVO Light uses the latest in low volatile content silicon (Si) technology to lay down a film of pure siloxane polymers that condense rapidly to form a fully crystallized SiO2 coating that bonds to painted surfaces at the molecular level. Unlike many coatings, Gyeon Q² Pure contains no alcohol and therefore doesn’t flash off rapidly, which makes the application process much easier. On the other hand, Gyeon Q² Pure EVO Light features an SiO2 content of more than 50%, which is considerably higher than that found in many rival products. This results in it adding, on average, one grade of hardness (1H) on the pencil hardness scale to the scratch resistance of the underlying paint, which helps to greatly retard the rate at which wash marring accumulates.
